90mm Tilt / Shift Photos

Here are some tilt/shift photos that I took last week down in San Fran. The effect is achieved by the diliberate miss-use of a 90mm tilt/shift lens.

There was a small airshow out at the Olympia airport today. I stopped by and got a few pics… Tho I missed some of the better stuff.
More 50D hate

I used it some more… And found another thing to hate. The Auto Focus sucks. It’s always picking things I dont want to focus on. For example I had a snake in the center of the image but for some reason the camera insisted on focusing on a piece of grass a good 2 feet in front of the snake.. for the life of me I could not get it to Auto Focus onto the snake.. WTF?!

Is a blurry pice of shit… I am starting to download my images from Kauai, so far all of them are far too blurry. Even the tripod shots have way too much blur. The 15MP CCD seems like it is just upscaling a 12MP image. When you zoom into 100% on the 50D images, you can really see how much blur is happening. Im kinda pissed off right now. I want my d90 back.
